For best application results we recommend application with our applicator mitt over a latex or any type of protective glove to avoid the staining of your palms. Apply to clean exfoliated skin. Use 1-2 oz per application and results will last 4-6 days. Allow to dry thoroughly before dressing. Avoid contact with water or perspiring for at least 4 hours. For maximize results wait at least 6-8 hours to shower. Re-apply 1-2X per week to keep a golden dark tan.
